Jennifer Hoang
Jennifer Hoang is a passionate and dedicated Certified Personal Trainer who has devoted her life to inspiring, empowering and motivating others to fall in love with the art of exercise and achieve their fitness goals. After losing nearly 40 pounds, Jen decided to use her background in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, her experience in her weight loss journey and her passion in helping others to become a fitness trainer and guide individuals to the best version of themselves. She emphasizes the idea of embracing a balanced and harmonious lifestyle to achieve optimal health through fitness, nutrition and the little things that bring her joy. Her purpose in life is to promote the healing power of fitness, health and wellness to transform the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies of others. Health and wellness is not just about looking your best but also feeling your best; moving your best. Jen loves to find many different ways to move her body including weight training, running, playing volleyball, pilates, muay thai, cross fit – you name it and she’s done it or it is next on her to do list!
